Data Residency
All personal data is selfhosted and stored on all SudoVanilla servers, which are located in the Tennessee, United States.
Data Collection and Usage
SudoVanilla services collect information to provide, secure, and improve services.
- When you send an email to Korbs/SudoVanilla, data such as your email address and content of the message are collected. All correspondence are archived for support history.
- Payments are processed via Ko-Fi. SudoVanilla does not store your full payment details, though may retain transaction receipts.
- To access services provided, you must use the SSO provider, SudoVanilla Wormhole.
- Data is stored such as your user UUID, username, display name, email, and account status.
- Security events such as logins, registration, and password changes are logged and retained for 7 days.
Your Rights and Data Deletion
You have the right to request the deletion of your personal data at any time. You can delete your account usually via the account page on services such as SudoVanilla Ark, SudoVanilla Gist, Penpot, etc. Some services like Immich may not have the option, if not, use the Contact Information section of this privacy policy to reach out.
Please note that deleting your SudoVanilla Wormhole account will result inthe removal of all associated service accounts and lose access to them if they still exist.
